AMPC CAT CASE HISTORICAL VERDICT PRONOUNCED ON 03.11.2014 - Hon'ble Mumbai CAT Divisional Bench of two judges has observed that "Respondents (i.e. DOP) do not have any right to issue any order of recovery of two advance increments paid as Higher Technology Incentive Scheme w.e.f. 01.01.2006. Respondents are ordered to restrain from recovery of amount already paid to AMPC Staff from 01.01.2006.
AMPC Celebrates the Victory and felicitates all applicants for leading the CAT Case in Mumbai CAT on behalf of AMPC R-III & R-IV Staff with the help of Advocate Deshpande. AMPC Staff also felicitated other supporters of the AMPC CAT Case.
